Returns Policy
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met:

The return is requested within 180 days of the delivery date
The product is in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact

Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1 — Contact Support

Step 2 — Ship the Product (After Approval)
Once your request is approved, securely pack the product and send it to:

Step 3 — Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your product, we will:
Send a replacement, or
Process a refund to your original payment method, or
Issue an exchange coupon (as applicable)
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of inspection
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is on our end
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs
A return label must be arranged by the customer
No restocking fees are charged
