Shipping policy

Domestic (India)
Dispatch: 1–3 business days
Tracking activation: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Delivery time: 7–14 business days from the date of order
We’ll notify you by Email/WhatsApp once the AWB is generated.
International Shipping
Where we ship: Worldwide, from New Delhi, India.
Processing/Dispatch: 1–3 business days.
Transit time: 5–12 business days (maximum 15 business days) after the shipment is connected to the outbound flight.
Tracking: We share the Air Waybill (AWB). Tracking may update only after airline/airport scans.
Payment mode: International orders are prepaid only (no COD).
Address accuracy: Please provide full address, ZIP/Postal code, email, and phone number for smooth customs communication.
Undeliverable/Refused shipments: If a parcel is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address/non-payment of duties, reshipment and return charges will be borne by the customer.
General Notes
Multiple items in one order may be shipped together.
Working/business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Unforeseen delays (weather, airline capacity, strikes, customs) can occasionally extend timelines.
